Enhanced Tamper-Evident Design to Prevent Slippage in Dairy Bottles

This project addressed a critical issue with the tamper-evident rings used in a dairy company’s bottles. The ring would slip from the bottle without properly separating when the cap is opened, which compromised the tamper-evident function and led to a poor user experience. In addition to solving the slippage problem, the new design reduced the plastic used in the cap by 8%, leading to cost savings and a lower environmental impact.
